Return Policy

At Eliza Jane the happiness of our customers is our number one priority. We realize that despite our best efforts there may be an occasion when an item needs to be returned.

In Store
For all purchases made in the Eliza Jane store, we have a 30 day return policy. Returns must either be accompanied by a receipt or be able to be referenced under the purchasers name. All refunds will be made in the original form of payment. In the case of check purchases, a cash refund will be issued once it has been 10 business days since original date of purchase.

Online
In order to return an online purchase, customers should contact Eliza Jane to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Return shipping must be paid by the buyer unless the item being returned is defective. All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment for the online order.
